Hy allzzzzz i have a problem with this plugin http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=255727 .I can't rezolve it ... i want that plugin ... but i can't do the settings ... i not understood english very well because i'm from romania ... plz help me with that plugin :( plz plz plz plz plz plz :) LOVE YA :D
P.S: Plz help me ........ i want the plugin like in first picture ..... and not explain like in that site because i don't understood nothing :( ... WORD WITH WORD plzzz and with some examples ..... ???

You don't need it if you don't have sevral servers, wich I doubt.
